All Sales Are Final
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of product safety.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@scrubmecleanllc.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item(s) and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review your request and, if eligible, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. To cancel, email us at info@scrubmecleanllc.com with your order number.
