Processing Times
All products are made in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.
🕒 Order processing time: 2–5 business days
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the United States.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
- Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
📦 We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
Scrub Me Clean LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, etc.)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Double-check your shipping address
- Look around your property or with neighbors
- Contact the carrier directly
Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund items marked as delivered. Please contact your local postal service for help.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
